How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
  • We cannot accept partial returns for items purchased as part of a set or bundle.
  • If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), and your return disqualifies the original order from the promotion, the GWP must be returned as well. If not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from your refund.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation, and the refund should reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from our official website [your website]. If you purchased our products through an authorized retailer, such as Sephora, please follow their return policy.
